The Visalia Bandits
In 1893, R.C. White's production of Evans and Sontag: The Visalia Bandits opened at the National Theatre in San Francisco. After playing to packed houses for several weeks, the play toured California and the West.

In November 2002, the Evans and Sontag Project, in association with the College of the Sequoias, presented Evans and Sontag: The Visalia Bandits at the historic Fox Theatre in downtown Visalia, California.
